Are the Kabaneri movies recaps?

The first two films, which are recaps of the first and second halves of the TV series, premiered in Japanese theaters on December 31, 2016, and January 7, 2017.

In spite of this popularity, Kabaneri still has yet to receive a second season for its original anime series, with the time in between making a new season seem increasingly unlikely.

It's totally worth the watch. Just because 2 anime share similarity in concept and sub-genre or even genre doesn't make you question the worth of the anime rather it must make the person fall for the anime even more. What's more, Mumei and Ikoma are 12 and 17 years old, respectively, though the writers seem to have forgotten that; asking the audience to root for any kind of romantic bond between them is beyond the pale. Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress: The Battle of Unato is pure anime junk food.

Kabaneri is the zombie-steampunk version of Attack on Titan. Humanity is boxed inside walls and has been safe for very long. Except for that one fateful day, when zombies were mysteriously let loose, killing whoever stood in their way. Both shows have a determined male lead who never knows when to give up.

Needless to say, but the following is a rant and has a bunch of spoilers. It was such an interesting anime and then Biba came along. Although he made it much more interesting at first, the actions of the characters in reaction to him were stupid.

Ikoma (生駒, Ikoma) is the main protagonist of Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress and the deuteragonist of The Battle of Unato. As a child, Ikoma lived with his younger sister Hatsune until their station was invaded by the Kabane and in the chaos, she was caught by a stray Kabane and killed.

Acting upon survival instinct, Ikoma was able to utilize several tools and pieces of equipment to redirect the infection from spreading throughout his body and prevent it from reaching his brain, essentially (yet unknowingly) transforming himself into a Kabaneri - a hybrid race between that of a human and the Kabane.

An easy one would be the whole “Nine Titans” part of the story. One might say that AoT creator Hajime Isayama was inspired by Kishimoto's Naruto in where it revolves around “Nine Tailed Beasts” and its users.

1 Baccano!

Even though Baccano! had great reviews, the series went underappreciated by many fans who perhaps didn't enjoy the out-of-sequence storytelling. Whatever the case was, Baccano! was canceled after only 16 episodes, leaving a lot of the plot threads unresolved.

She debuted in 2021 as part of hololive -Council-, the second generation of members of hololive English, alongside Tsukumo Sana, Ceres Fauna, Ouro Kronii and Hakos Baelz.

In order to prevent the Kabane virus from spreading to his brain, Ikoma bolts and brands a shoddy harness to his body, which encompasses his right shoulder and some of his right torso. He also attaches a tight metal collar around his neck which helps to keep the virus at bay.
