What happened to Sabrina’s parents original?

Sabrina Spellman belongs to two worlds: Her father was a witch, her mother was a mortal. We learn in Netflix's The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina that Sabrina's parents died in a plane crash, so she was raised by her two aunts.

Both Edward and Diana died when Sabrina was young in a plane crash on the way to Italy - they were travelling on Flight 2331. Some, such as the Weird Sisters, suggest that that their deaths were not an accident at all, something Hilda and Zelda's attempts to dodge the question support.

Along the way, Sabrina's parents asked him for help to conceive a child and he ended up impregnating her mom, making him her real dad. In hopes of taking down Earth and recreating it into Hell, Lucifer comes to reveal himself as Sabrina's father and also help her realize her own fate of becoming Queen of Hell.

Sabrina returns to Hawaii and with Salem's final piece of assistant solves the family secret: “every member of the Spellman family is born with a twin.” Upon solving the secret, Sabrina is instantly transported to the reunion, where she meets her own twin, Katrina.

Ambrose Spellman: Ambrose is the nephew of Zelda, Hilda, Edward and Diana, and cousin of Sabrina. Sabrina Spellman: Sabrina is the adopted daughter of Edward and Diana, niece of Hilda and Zelda, and cousin of Ambrose.

She was initially believed to be the daughter of Edward and Diana Spellman, making her half half-mortal and half-witch. However, it was later revealed that her actual father is the Dark Lord.

The Dark Lord Never Intervened With Her Earlier

Sabrina is Lucifer's daughter, he wants to marry her, and he was planning on making her queen of hell.

Since writing her name in the Book of the Beast and being empowered by the Dark Lord, Sabrina's look sports a similar appearance to her comic book counterpart, where her hair has become pure white, and her wardrobe and makeup preferences have also changed to reflect the more provocative look of the Weird Sisters.

Why can Sabrina never see her mother? The witches council was very angry at Sabrina's mother for bearing a warlock's child. They decreed that if her mother ever saw Sabrina, her mother would be turned into a ball of wax.

However, it was later revealed that her actual father is the Dark Lord. Despite not being a full witch, Lilith notes that Sabrina has the potential to become the most powerful witch of her generation. After completing her Dark Baptism, Sabrina's powers were magnified to far greater levels than ever before.

Salem Saberhagen is Sabrina Spellman's American shorthair cat who lives with the teen witch and her two aunts, Hilda and Zelda.

So the Dark Lord wanted Sabrina — who, again, is his daughter — to reign at his side as his bride (??) and be the Queen of Hell. (Is she not already, by birth, its princess? Seems like we're all making this harder than it needs to be!)

Katrina's actions and attitude revealed herself as the true evil twin, as no good twin would ever shove the evil twin down a volcano so hastily. Sabrina was later pulled out of the volcano, and Katrina was placed in a witch prison.

Sabrina was created by her two aunts, Hilda and Zelda Spellman, from a magic potion that turned out wrong. However, it was later retconned by the 1996 Sabrina sitcom that Sabrina is a "half-witch" (her mother is an ordinary human, or "mortal" as witches refer to them, while her father is a warlock).

Of course, the scene featured a wig and no actual magic, but the transition does prove important to the storyline. As Sabrina creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa revealed, the white hair is a big part of Sabrina's character in the comic books.

Some time early in the life of Ambrose, his father died. At an unknown later date, his mother fled Trier with her three children, and the family moved to Rome.

When the character of Sabrina started to attend college, the role of her aunts became less important. Broderick felt that the role of Zelda had nothing more to offer, while Rhea landed her own syndicated talk show, The Caroline Rhea Show.

Faustus Blackwood is an old-fashioned warlock who was an evil mentor of Edward Spellman before the latter surpassed him and became High Priest of the Church of Night.

He was the only plotter that was caught and because he refused to give up his co-conspirators, he was placed under house arrest. Now he cannot leave the Spellman funeral home, which sometimes complicates his dating life, but somehow he still manages.

Sabrina juggled her romance woes with issues brought on by the time paradox, which resulted in two Sabrinas: Spellman (who stayed in the mortal realm) and Morningstar (who ruled as the Queen of Hell). The existence of two Sabrinas led to disastrous consequences that came to a head during episode four.

Sabrina was born to the fallen angel Lucifer Morningstar and mortal Diana Spellman, however, her legal father is Diana's husband High Priest witch Edward Spellman.
