Why did Eren turn evil?

There is no concrete evidence of Eren actually showing romantic feelings towards Historia and vice versa. It seems to be an exaggeration of their great respect and admiration for each other. Again, Eren can marry Historia eventually if the baby is actually his, but it's unlikely to be out of love.

So technically the Marleyans are kind of the good guys and remain that way until the end of the story but their kind of justice is a little extreme. (They treated Grisha so bad he was moved to join and anti marley group and steal the founding titan.)

Historia Reiss is not the sweet and kind Christa Lenz, but she is not an evil person either. She certainly has a cruel and selfish side, just like Eren, but these flaws make her more human and realistic as a character.

Levi is admired and considered a hero by the people inside the walls for being the strongest soldier of humanity. When confronting his enemies, he can be extremely brutal and merciless towards them.
